Seasonal Depression

 It's hitting hard lately, isn't it? 

I hope if you're reading this, the weather hasn't got you down as severely as it could. Not only can holidays be rough, but the season couldn't be amd less help! 

Lately, I've noticed not only me, but my significant other as well have been affected by the mood. It definitely doesn't feel great, that's for sure. It does leave me very hopeful though; it just means that sadness won't ruin anything in the future, yeah?

I'm just glad I've kept up some of the routines I tried to make this year. I'm sleeping relatively healthy, I'm journaling at night, I'm routinely feeding my cats... I'm doing a good job, especially considering where I was.

I hope that next year, I only continue to improve. I also pray that everyone around me can succeed as well!

Make sure that you don't set any insane goal as your "New Year's Resolution". Just do something small like eating breakfast as many days as possible, or drinking a healthy amount of water!

Please take care coming into this new year, and I hope that maybe it won't be so bad.
